Grass Fed and grain finished chuck roast. The chuck roast comes from the shoulder and neck of the beef and is usually flavorful and economical. These pot roasts are best slow cooked or braised in liquid for tenderness. Roasts are cut and packaged in 3 to 4 lb sizes and sold by the pound.
