HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR SITE

Ordering Hay – Not Accepting Orders at this time.

We offer Grass Hay, Alfalfa Hay or a Grass-Alfalfa mix in small square (65 – 70lb bales) and medium square hay bales (850 – 1000 lbs). All of our horse hay is “rain free” and “barn stored“. Supply is limited depending on the number of orders we get, so please fill out our order form with your request and we will let you know if we can fill it. Ordering Beef

We sell Beef to BC residents only (British Columbia, Canada). We offer FREE delivery of your beef order if your city is along one of our regular routes from Prince George down Highway #1 all the way to Abbotsford. For BC cities outside of our regular route, please call or contact us for shipping prices.

You can choose to order a side of beef or you can order your favorite cuts of meat by the pound. If you have never ordered or tried our beef before, you may want to try one of our sampler packs.

Our natural beef, grass finished and Kobe beef are available to order by the side, quarter or mixed cuts. The average side of beef will weigh between 320 and 350 lbs with 1/4’s coming in at 160-175 lbs. (Sides are sold based on “hanging weight”, that is the weight of the beef after slaughter but before cutting and wrapping) All sides include lean ground beef, roasts and steaks. Hind quarter has more of the best steaks. We require a 25% deposit to confirm side of beef orders.

For new clients and customers we have put together some sampler packs of our most popular cuts of meat so that you can try our natural, grass finished or premium Kobe beef products. These sampler packs are either 25lb or 50lb and include a range of cuts. Our ground beef and stewing beef are packaged in one pound packs. Roasts are cut to 3-4 lb sizes and steaks are 1 per pack cut to 3/4 inch thick. Click here to see our sampler packs.

You can “build your own box” of beef by specifying the cuts and number or pounds you want to order. Our shopping cart allows you to order what you want – the price you see at the checkout is an estimate of your cost based on the number of pounds you have ordered. The actual delivered price may be adjusted slightly depending on the final number of pounds of product that are delivered. This is how we can ensure the most value for our customer. We require a 25lb minimum order and a 25% deposit on confirmation.

We can also offer custom sausage through the local companies who do our meat cutting and packing. We have 11 flavors of sausage to choose from including salami, pepperoni and bratwurst. We also offer hamburger patties and custom jerky. Sausage and hamburger patty orders can be added to your beef order. Browse the specialty sausage page to choose the flavor and number of pounds of sausage you would like. All of our sausage products are Gluten and Lactose Free! We require a minimum order of 20lb per variety.

Tongue, heart, liver and oxtail are available to order under the specialty cuts section. We also offer 5 lbs of bones free with a 50lb order of beef which are great for your dog or to be used for soups and stock. Our new natural dog food is made primarily from organ meat such as heart, liver, tongue and kidneys and comes in 10lb packages that have been sliced into 1lb sections. Keep frozen and break off a 1lb slice as needed. – $35 per 10lb package.

Delivery and Terms

We accept payment with Mastercard or Visa via our Elavon on-site payment system when we deliver your order. We are a registered business with Elavon. We can also accept etransfer payments through online banking and email. When you send us your order via email, we will confirm the order by sending you a copy of your request. Since all our meat is cut and wrapped to order, the final price is not available until the order is processed and filled.

We also accept personal cheques and money orders and of course cash is also welcome. We require a 25% deposit to confirm your order and the balance is due prior to delivery.

We make regular trips to the Fraser Valley to visit family and will deliver from Prince George south along the main highway as far as Abbotsford and Chilliwack. We have a nice little reefer trailer we can pull behind our pickup so your purchased product will remain completely frozen for the entire trip. When our delivery is scheduled for your area we will contact you to let you know where to meet us to get your order. (NOTE: if you require your order by a certain time, let us know when you order so we can determine if our schedule will accommodate your needs.)

We will do our best to ensure that pricing on our website remains current however we reserve the right to change prices without notice.

For sausage orders we require at least two week’s notice. For all other orders, we carry a large inventory of most products and we will let you know right away if we are out of stock on an item and how long it will take to fill your order.

Meat Cutting and Wrapping

We use only quality provincially inspected facilities. We ensure that each abattoir provides top quality custom cutting, wrapping and specialty items. We are in constant contact with each of our service providers.

Unfortunately, it has come to our attention, that some people have puchased beef products under the impression that the beef was sourced from our Ranch. We apologize for any negative effect this may have had on you.
